No way. If you didn't give him a gaurentee or promise him anything and if it worked for a month you didn't sell him known faulty goods so don't give him a refund because if he does go to the police they won't do anything.

i didn't promise him anything i said that it worked and he can even ask my mum it worked because she went 'you sure it works' and i checked then sold and when he got it he said it freezes between charges and he could deal with it. then a month later it breaks and he reckons he can get the police involved wth

He cant do anything. If he gets police involved they'd tell him he bought it himself and he has nothing in writing no reciept etc :)

Your fine as long as theres no proof that you've given him any sort of gaurantee.

Which you havnt so rest assured.

unless he can provide evidence that you gave him some form of guarantee or it was faulty when you sold it, the police will laugh at him.

what do you mean by garauntee i said "i fink its fully worken nothing wrong as i know of"

Bun

like if you told him if it broke in the next year or somet you would give him a refund.

If you know you sold him it fully working, and he can't prove it that it wasn't, you're basically safe?

Lawl who involves police in lil situations like these
