i'll try and keep it as simple as possible. i'd also like to add this is my first thread in here so my clever intellect has failed me on this one (jkz).
girl A and girl B are both best friends. they also both like me in that way. I've been seeing girl A without girl B knowing, for about two weeks. yesterday, girl B found this out, through a friend who stupidly let it slip out.
now, girl B is rather upset, obviously. however I cannot see why she likes me as she has barely ever spoken to me, and when she has, it's been uninteresting, boring smalltalk. now, i speak to girl A a lot, text, phone calls, msn and webcam - on a day to day basis. however, girl A, in order to try and minimalize the hurt subjected on girl B, has said that maybe it isn't a good idea that we go out together, as, naturally, friends dont want to hurt friends, as the saying 'buds before studs' goes. i understand that.
however, i find this rather unfair - girl B barely talks to me, whereas I talk to girl A on a day to day basis, quite often - as i've already explained. several people i've spoken to have said that girl B, being girl A's best mate, should let girl A be with me, as surely she would want her to be happy. also, im thinking that although B may like me, as the saying 'time heals all wounds' may be applicable, that, over time, girl B will move on from me, knowing that i do not like her - thus allowing me and A to be together.
so, my point is, what do i do? do i wait for a few weeks, or however long it will take, for B to get over me and allow me to be with A? or is there something else i should do?
cheeeeers. sorry for the essay, hopefully you'll understand it..
