A woman auditioning for The X Factor threatened to commit suicide after being told she had not made it through to the next round of the talent contest.

The drama happened on the second day of auditions at the Excel centre in London as she was interviewed minutes after getting the 'no' vote from all four judges. To add to the pressure, the rejection came before an audience of 2,000 now drafted in to watch the audition process.

Producers summoned an emergency doctor they have on standby as the woman, in her 50s, began sobbing and screaming.

If she is in her 50's then she should be able to cope with things like that, its stupid.
Everyone wants to be a celeb, soon it will be cool to have an office job.

Cheryle looks nice there, that pictures near the end of auditons isnt it? She was in the paper getting out of a car wearing that for the 'last leg' of that stage.

Although I enjoy watching the audiences, I really think its a bit crap for people wil low confidence as they try and audition, see what the judges say. And then try and build their confidence from there.

But they think they are good enough, if they think they are good enough to win and they did they would have to take criticism and bad publicity well. If they stormed around having hissy fits then it wouldnt do anything for them. I think its good, gives them confidence really and hopefully now with a new formatt some peoples families will actually tell them who are crap that they are and its not worth auditioning.

Remember that these people have been given hope in the fact that they were put through by the producers in the first round of auditions. To be rejected by the judges must be heartbreaking, and she could have some sort of mental issues.

Honestly if you go on this show and expect to win, then just dont go on, its obvious that there is a high chance you wont get through
