Hello

I currently have an old PC that really doesn't get used alot, it has 512MB ram, runs windows 7, has 2 hard drives, 2 dvd-rw drives and thats about it really.

There are some quite cool articles on the web about what to do with an old pc, but anyone got some really wacky ones that just might be possible?

thanks
ryan

Use it as a media server for the house, or just a file sever. (once you get used to it you'll never want to go back for moving stuff by usb)

Some wacky case mod, find some random object, fit it inside some how and enjoy useing a toaster as pc (or whatever)

Install linux on it then x-forward apps running on it to a x server on your main pc, meaning u can run linux apps on the pc off another pc.

Try a hackintosh?

Up to you really.

I'd stick it somewhere hidden, load it with hard drives, plug a gigabit ethernet into it and use it as a file server like mentor said.

Well now I'm jealous :( Maybe i'm mistaken and my PC has 256MB of RAM, if it does I'm officially a fool :P
