Being ******, nosey and a gossiper is all part of being a girl, boys insult each other all the time and don't fall out with one another so why isn't it okay for girls to do the same? Im probably going to say what others have said, but you do realise you have also described a hell-of-a lot of boys as well in your description and it's not just girls that can behave in this manner.
Each gender can make eachother feel the ways you have just described, but when you come across a person like that whether it be male or female, then they are best left alone and are not worth your time or effort.
