I love the UP Characters, pitty theirs only 2 human goodies :( and the baddy looks crap. PSSST IGNORE THE FEET XD (Im not going to redo them they just suck)

I personally only feel good about his face on this one, other way round for poor lil russel though :( I'd like to lighten his ear though.

It looks like hes smiling. From what I know and that pic he seems grump :P The left shoulder seems a bit dodgy (might just be the head covering). To make it better extend the trousers over the shoes a little, hes got swingers lol.

I think you need more contrast on the facial features. It's hard to distinguish between skin colour and the pale shades you've used.

lol, is it my monitor or have you not included any facial details, because atm his face just looks like a skin coloured blob xD and his ear, woah! just try to get the facial anatomy correct and sharpen the colours being used for the outline of the nose, mouth and eyes, trust me it wont ruin it like has been said by you before.

I think the basis for a great alt is there but you need to work on the face a little bit because it's really washed out. Try using much darker colours to shade and more vibrant colours for details like his eyes, lips, etc. He looks like a mannequin at the moment!
