i have T-mobile and i set my AIM to forward my messages to my phone when someone sends me a message.. well im going to canada for the weekend and i wonder if ill get charged even though i have unlimited texting? i know if you have unlimited texting the AIM thing is free cause it comes as a text.. but would it make a difference since ill be in canada?

You probably will be charged because you won't be using their network anymore, roaming charges. I have unlimited texts with my Orange contract however a text was 12p I think from Cyprus.
Took a look at the T-Mobile site, this is what I found - http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/services/going-abroad/details-by-country/canada/detailed-costs/
