Party Music... Help

Heyy :) Im having a birthday party tomorrow.. and im just like buying all new music so... I'd like to know, what kinda songs do you love to hear at parties?

To start the party just like the latest stuff in the charts like the top 40, as long as its not boring and depressing.

As the night gets on and people start to become drunk (if there is alcohol available at the party) I like the old dance party classics that just make ya wanna get up and dance :D.

Just anything you can dance to, still I'd theme it around the people I knew were coming; just generalize what they're into as groups or whatever then mix it up.
Or you could just **** them all off and play your own stuff which is what I did at mine.
