This has 4 different types, but im too lazy to test and I like my hot vista mouse atm so yer. Hopefully these are what you are looking for?

thats the ones i found, its only the godsword mouse (well each different godsword) and dosen't have the whole right click/clicking red effect thing :(

do u mean when they click and a circle like goes?
u prob saw that in a rs vid thats the program they used to film it when u click it does the red circle i don't believe u can get an actual cursor that has it
