I have it on my face and wrists. What can I do to stop it, or at least make the colour go away? :( +rep

ask your mum if she's got any moisturiser with aloe vera in it, apparently really good but i think any moisturiser aslong as it's not too oily should be ok

get an actual sunburn cream from your chemist?
and buttons is right, aloe vera is the best thing because it cools your skin down. we have an aloe vera plant that i use all through summer. its grose and sticky but the best for healing.

Unless it's a bad one, it should be gone by the next day!

agreed. We went on schoolies and one person got a massive sunburn, with in a few days it was gone, he used aloe vera..

There are a few 'Aftersun' products that help. I think they have aloe vera in them too. Once it's gone, remember to put suncream on! Saves the pain :(

Today I got some aloe vera gel which is on my face now. Instantly I could recognize it cooled down a lot, I'll use it a few times tonight and hopefully it should be gone soon :) +rep for helpers
Vinigar works everytime and everywhere for me EXCEPT FACES. You don't peel and the next morning it's all gone :)

i burnt myself on sunbeds a few years back - was the colour of a lobster for about a week lol
in all honesty, i dont think theres much you can do..
try getting tomatos and squeezing the juice onto your burnt places
it doesnt fade it or anything but its supposed to help with the healing
