In future please spcify if you have spent the minimum of 5 minutes on google or not so this makes my life easier...
From a quick read of your post it seems that your DNS (Domain Name Server) settings have been ruined meaning that for only recent websites will you have the IP address (A domain name such as google.com points to one of these). If somebody else wants to point him to the Domain Name Server settings menu that would be great as I cannot be bothered to work out where it is :P. (Somewhere in the device properties then IPv4 then domain name settings or w/e)
In the mean time, tell me if going to: http://69.90.139.109 (http://69.90.139.109/) works, that is the IP for habbo.com.
Edit: Do this if going to the IP above doesn't work
Ok, Click start, click network connection. Then right click whichever device you use for the internet (Wired or Wireless) and click properties, then there will be a small menu thing which you can scroll down in, scroll down till you see either 'IPv4' or 'TCP/IP'. Click on it and then there will be a button below the scroll box called properties, click on that. If any of the settings are not set to the 'Automatic' setting then it'll probably be the problem. It could also be a router problem or somebody edited the host file.
