Okayyy, i hate where we live now it was nice until i got to know the town its scummy, people do weed etc i hate it so much.

Our house is like worth 40,000 more than what we bought it for nowadays and i was in the car and went to my dad do you like so and so and he went yea its nice there.

I want us to move but i dunno what to do thing is my mums work mate who she gets on with lives in the place so it'd be better. Nicer houses and enviorment and not scummy.

What can i say to my parents?

everywere has scummy places and even in the nicest areas scummy people. just because you own your house or own or live in a big house doesnt make you better than anyone. where ever you go there will be downsides so if everyone else likes your house and the area at the moment i would suggest that you try and find things you like about it. by the sounds of it, you mum wont want to move and your dad probably wont want to upset your mum by moving.

Anybody has a right to knock drugs because of the effect it has on towns/villages/neighbourhoods and secondly how it leads to crime.

Exactly the same with alcohol only on a much bigger scale and with worse circumstances but no body complains about people drinking in their area.

You've basically got to the point where your ego is too big for yourself, wherever you live is who you are. Doesn't matter if you can afford to live elsewhere, you'll probably find if you moved into the nicer bit then you'd be the "scummy" ones of the neighbourhood.
