Quick help, how do I take this off the forum?

I know its not a notice or it would have notice displayed at the top, do any of you know what it is and how I cant get rid of them.

Its a notice. You can make it where it says whatever you want for the title. of it.

It's a bug with the skin and you need to edit the Forum Home template to delete it.
