What is an aesthetic? Soz I'm not motorbike intelligent!

the aesthetics of a bike is the way it looks, which bits stand out as particularly gorgeous etc. Also these aesthetics may help performance, ie more streamlined for more speed.

The aesthetics of the Ducati 1098R are drop dead gorgeous.

If you're looking at an advert for a bike and it says there is slight aesthetic damage, then there's slight damage to the bike's plastic shell but it still works perfectly.
