We use a Content Management System called Joomla (http://www.joomla.org), which with a lot of hard work and many hours gave us what we have now!

Yes, though I'm not sure where from. It's quite pricey to run with a site as big as Habbox is so that's why we have the donator service to aid our costs. For smaller sites you can host them relatively cheaply. If you want more information on hosting, why not post in the Web Hosts (http://www.habboxforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=769) section of the forum.
