Anyone thinking of joining?

I'm pretty bored at the minute and thinking of levelling a new char for something to do, and wondering if anyone wants to join. If you do, I will recruit a friend you, you will join me on my server (Quel'Thalas EU) where I will be willing to level most of the time, will be getting boosts from friends to help us to level 60, and will provide a guild for you to be in.

Well if you were willing to join me, it would be a Horde side character, so any of the 4/5 Horde races, Orc, Blood Elf, Troll, Tauren and Undead.

Yeah it's called Scroll of ressurection I'm guessing.

He's talking about Recruit a Friend. You need to make a new account from the email he sends 'recruiting' you.
