yep, www.purplera1n.com (http://www.purplera1n.com), theres also a 3.0 redsn0w that works on 3gs and 3.0 etc.

Purplera1n is much much easier, near enough 1 click.

And nope, purplera1n is for iPhone 3Gs as Dev team didn't release their jailbreak for it in fear that Apple will patch the hole in 3.1 :P
