Sending International texts?

You know on certain networks both pay as you go/ pay monthly you can get free texts / unlimited texts , well do they cover international texts or will it cost extra? I know it all depends on the network but are there any that do it?

I think you can buy an international text bundle from most phone companies, you'd have to ask them.

If you are in your network's home country it's not an international text. I'm not sure if you mean you are roaming or the recipient is roaming ;p
