Possibly my best layout - Opinions?

Hey

well i have decided to open a blog for myself. Just to post random stuff i suppose :)

And i made this layout, took me about 1 and half hours to make.

Compared to my other layouts, i think its the best ive made.

I really like it! Just out of interest, the images, like the house, heart etc, did you make those yourself, or get them from somewhere? I am just curious, because I am always looking to make/get images simular to those for sites I make!

it's really nice and "stylish", well done, only one thing i'd change, that's the social networking icons, they really kill the whole "clean" look of the layout.

I'm gonna have to disagree with everyone else, I don't think it’s very good, it’s very bland and boring, the colours are too close to each other, it just bores me, but that’s my opinion.

Im glad with the whole feeling of the layout, its for my blog so i guess that's what i'd like it to be like :P and that layout only looks like mine because of the icons :P

I slightly agree, i went for a kind of engraved look, but i don't know :S

I agree with redtom. I don't like the header, nor the content boxes. The colours are also slightly off and the titles for the content boxes are hardly readable. Other than that its a'right compared to some layouts...
