It isn't as good as TehUpload but it's just a simple image uploader.

I had a reseller with this much spec per month:

Disk Space Limit: 10000 MB
Bandwidth Limit: 300000 MB

And thought that I mayaswell offer image hosting because ALL that space is spare.

I chucked this up in about half hour (including design). I havn't coded a secure image upload script before but it wasn't hard. Have tested it and tried to hack it myself with some common PHP scripts.

Oh also, thanks to SAWHosting (http://sawhosting.com) for their super fast hosting

The layout is a bit duff, I'm no designer. But it's simple etc.

Lol, thanks for testing the php file upload or w/e ;)

Hey,

Have you limited the file upload sizes, or just unlimited? It looks good, Nice and simple as well although I do miss tehupload!

Good luck, I may even use myself!

It's unlimited, but if anyone is dedicated enough to upload a file over 50mb or w/e to the site, then I will be proud....

It's only gif, png and jpg so it's not like they can upload ZIPs etc.

Thanks for the feedback. You're the first person to say it looks nice.

Nice! I may consider using this since I always need an uploader for a lot of things.

Well, althought you wern't meaning to, you have been very rude. Try and hack it... Then decide if it's pre made. I do my own checks on the file extension too. And have you seen any pre made scripts that generate that random file name?

I've been doing PHP for 3 years, why would I need to use a pre made script?

Anyway KnownSinner, thanks for your comments :)

Boy, could you possibly turn off renaming? I tried to upload an image for Twitter but the link was too long.

Well renaming has to be there so that there are no unique copies. Also it messes up peoples PHP attempts...

Hm, how about putting them in different random folders? Or have members accounts?

Good idea but if I did a members system (Origally I was gonna copy TehUpload), then it wudn't be simple, which is what it is atm. Thanks for idea though,.

It's a great system, but I would definitely make the random extension a little shorter; you'd have to have literally trillions to the power of 1000 uploads to need the random addition so long.

Haha, we do have a fair few random generated numbers I suppose...

Okay, I will consider shortening it tonight :)

Update: I've got one simple rand going now and the URL's have been shortened. Thanks for the feedback :)

That's even worse. My random was "pormsx2039". So, who likes pormsx.

How about implementing the bit.ly url shorten-er as an additional option?

I won't use his thing, i was testing a picture, the first one i tested didn't work.. i'll stick to imageshack, and it wasn't faster then any other upload script imo.

Haha. I have removed the lettering and just used numbers.

Do I need an account to authenticate or something?

My bad sorry. Have sorted. Thanks for pointing out.

All my uploads have been tested on a broadband connection.

Couldn't edit post above.

Update: bit.ly has been added, as suggested by Flisker. If the bit.ly site is down then it'll just use the default link instead. JPEG is now also supported.

Enjoy, and if you have anymore comments please say.

Wow, all it needs is a nice layout. Also, put the bit.ly link in a textbox so you can easily copy it. Add the direct link to the image as well, cause someone might not trust bit.ly :)

I've updated it so it does direct & bit ly. I'm not going to do the input box idea for now :P

Also, right click copy link location? :P

Meh, not a lot of people know that, so yeah. Looks good except the textbox thing! Add them. Also, a preview of the image would be handy.

By the way, if you see any .php files, they're probably mine, just testing security =D

Some were Calebs lol. Preview of image will make it unsimple. It's supposed to be DEAD SIMPLE. That's like the selling point.
