I'm not sure if either 10 or 15 were released in that recent competition.
If 10, theres around 15. If 15, theres around 20.

They will only go back up if someone decides to collect them, or if every owner decides to take nothig below, for example, 1 throne, then people will see that none of the owners are taking below 1 throne and they'll offer it - unless they think it's a ridiculous amount :P
