What can I add/improve! :) Ideas needed please!

Not done any designing in like months... so I just opened up Photoshop and whacked whatever I could out!

Obviously its not very good, Im needing ideas on how to display content, and gimme some tips on how to make a bit more Web 2.0 :):)

Make a decent footer. Apart from that, nice logo + colours.

footer needs work on but the rest is great!
one other thing i would point out is that its a little small :(
