he didn't recommend you some games, that's true but he did say for you to get the steam client, if you get steam like 100's of game recommendation's are shown to you so its worth getting.

If you liked Crysis get FarCry 2 and Crysis Warhead
Online play wise I personally love Team Fortress 2 and Call of Duty 4
Spore, Sims 3, Annon 1404: Dawn of Discovery and Settler's 6 for your stratergy / Life games.
Short puzzle games would include Plants vs Zombies and World of Goo oh and also Crayon Physics Delux is good
Mass Effect / Call of Juarez for some great story shooters (bare in mind Mass Effect is heavily RPG)
Trine and Braid are really good side scrollers.
There are so many more decent games but these are my faves.

tell us what computer you got because all the good games require a good computer

I'm able to max out Crysis, so basically I can lay most games out there. I already had steam.

Nope lol. Max out America's Army 3 then you can run anything in the world! They did really badly on the game and although its only the unreal 3 engine it slows your pc down to the extreme whatever your specs!

Garry's Mod, there's some good serious RPing (Role Playing) servers, so if you find that fun this game is a must.

Can also build things too if you get bored ;) It's great when you play with friends.

I bought COD4, so i'm either going to go and buy TF2 (with garrys mod) or Unreal Tournament 3 next. not sure.

max out gta iv then u can run anything in the world
There is a difference though, gta4 is hard to run because the pc version was badly coded, crysis is hard to run on max settings because of the sheer amount of graphics proccesing it needs. Gta4 runs well on the xbox 360 which has considerally rubbish hardware compared to most gaming pcs :D

As ElliottThompson (http://www.habboxforum.com/member.php?u=46242) suggested, you should get the new Call of Jaurez: Bound In Blood. I got it this morning and is seriously a great game.
