Hi, I'm trying to sell some virtual goods in paypal but I'm scared of a charge back, how can I prevent this/which service is similar to paypal but does not offer refunds?

You can't really prevent it, just hope for the best. Moneybookers is slightly safer though.

No chargebacks with www.MoneyBookers.com (http://www.MoneyBookers.com)

You can never really prevent chargebacks in paypal because the paypal could be stolen,
but if you can get the user to send you an email with the paypal email sent with the payment then they most likely own it.

You can tell them to send the payment as a gift so they can't chargeback and you dont recieve any fees. Or you can do the claim and cancel method

Thing with Money Bookers, you don't need to be verified to send/receive money

And when someone sends money - They basically can't get it back.

Yeah that can help, but usually if you claim and cancel or sell as gift then you don't need to do add that.

Either way, if the PayPal is stolen you can always be chargedback
