Erm so basically i'm getting £228.89 for NOTHING? All i did was complain to Amazon that my i wasn't happy with the condition of the Ipod that i bought off someone via market place... I wasn't expecting £228.89 plus an Ipod! :O

Can someone please confirm that i am not daydreaming?

They probably expect you to have the courtesy to return the item your unhappy with.

Wow

Just wow
Lucky Lucky man
Edit:
You gotta think though, alot of these companies like paypal and amazon recover this money from the other side so in effect you may not have been getting this from a massive corporation with plenty of money to spare but you may in fact be taking 200 odd quid from a normal person with not much money. Just something to think about. And also don't do anything with the ipod just yet because in a few weeks time you may be issued with an email from amazon asking you to return the ipod.

Hmm fair enough, if he wants the ipod then I'll give it to him back, but he'll have to come and collect it as i won't be willing to pay for shipping.. :eusa_danc

I do feel slight guilt inside me but it's his fault, the amount of emails I've sent to him is unbelievable... and he has not once replied to any of them... He lives In B90, which is about 10-15 minutes from where i live so I'll probably expecting a knock any time soon....

Least your thinking about it, If I were you I would leave it a couple of weeks then if nothing comes to surface then I would keep it and have a blast lol

Ye i will, if he knocks for it, I'll give it to him, if Amazon requests that i send it back then i will.

I'll just wait for a few weeks, if nothing happens by then there's nothing much i can do? :S
