Hey,
I was wondering whether anyone knows of any software that can help to design [mostly] some good looking e-books?

Im in the middle of writing the internet of the music Theory book I wrote, which has sold around 70 copies in my local area [Wanting to expand] but.. Instead of just scanning and having poor quality, I'm looking for something professional

Any ideas?

Thanks! :)

Just type it in likes of ms word or whatever, make it into a PDF and design a front/back cover using photoshop?

Ebooks are generally just pdf's, get an app that can save a file as pdf and your set :)

An e-book is generally a PDF version of the paper version of a book... surely the paper version already has design & graphics work done?

The paper was professionally formatted, and therefore I cannot get that onto my computer, also I'm re-writing it so.. yh :P

Ahh, I see.

I should have mentioned this before; Adobe InDesign is good for print design.. but also e-book kind of stuff too, as you can imagine. Check it out! :)

I've used CutePDF in school just to check coursework we had to do, it isn't half bad.
