css style layouts are also quite good, but as anderman said, table based ones are the easyest and most effective out there at the moment.

also adding the valign="top" attribute to table cells can be useful in nav etc to keep stuff at the top, as well as in other places

Just to add to that, don't use .bmp on anything, so you really should change your banner.

Lmao. div frames and ifraims making somthing tidy. Div frames slide around the page depending on the browser and are easly the most n00bish way to code, it may be easy, but its output is a usealess junk.

I tend to work images in to the code rather than slice up a image i already have, so dont realy have the probem, after all you can have a site with no images, but you cant have a site with no codeing :D

What I do. Make a really nice layout in Photoshop. Slice it in ImageReady. Make a table suitable for it in DreamWeaver, and text tables, and you are done! Hope this help! :D

Yes, and as you will see it has all be changed. DIV frames were a bad idea for firefox so i thank you for pointing that out, but to criticise other peoples works and call it rubbish is disrespectful. I know i may not be the best website designer but i try my hardest.
