View Full Version : My RS Disaster
A few days ago when Amir Kahn was fighting, I changed my password to something really random. And because my dad was going on with himself about how good Kahn is I had totally forgotten what I changed it to within 10 mins. So I thought nvm, I'll just recover it. 1st attempt = denied, 2nd attempt = status has changed to Unknown, 3rd attempt = denied. I've just done another recovery but this time I managed to find the exact date of when I made it, I also put the transaction ID in for my latest subscription. But I don't see why they haven't accepted the previous attempts. All my recovery answers are correct, the previous passwords are correct, the ISP I used to create it is correct, the duration and payment method of my current subscription is correct, what more do they want? But if they reject this it doesn't look like I'll ever get it back. That will be my main gone. :@:rolleyes:
cant you phone them up? maybe a letter ?

They don't have a number to phone them on. We went onto www.jagex.com and got their address, my Mum will write a letter to them if they deny this one.

Lol it wasn't like that. My mum had just spent £20 on membership for me so she was pissed of when she found out that it was all going to waste.

I do go outside, I also like to play rs when I'm not doing anything. And why are you telling me to go outside if you have spent 5 years on rs, why wasn't you outside all of that time? :rolleyes:

What i was trying to say is why bother worrieing about 20 quid if your mum is what u sed. like they earn loads of money :P

Yeh thats what I meant by "I know what you mean". This ain't about the money, it's about my rs account. If I lost it I would most likely die from dehydration after crying so much.

This happend to me,
I got saftey banned on my acc with 80mil on it, and fulld, And I try recover fail fail fail like 9th time same answers and it worked change pw but it didnt work for some reason :s
