I need another VGA port so I can hook up another monitor as my intergrated graphics card only has a VGA and no other ports.

If you intend on going dual-screen you'll need a graphics card with two VGA ports. Because when you begin using the graphics card it stops you using the integrated graphics and therefore the VGA you are currently using.

Still it shouldn't be much trouble, you can get graphics cards very cheap so I imagine something like the 7300 for £15 would be sufficient.

You've gave very scarce details about your computer, if it's quite old you might need AGP, or it could be too small to even fit a graphics card.

do you know if you need agp, pci or pci express? if not, give us the model of the motherboard and we can find out, or better yet google it yourself :P

I'd go for Geforce 200-odd. Mine was cheap and it's very reliable.
