I'd say it would be impossible to tell. It takes 23 months of HC to get one, and the new HC furni was introduced in 2007, I think? So anyone who was up to their 23rd month got one immediately and people will have been getting them ever since. If you had started HC at that time, you would have got a Butler around now I think :).

Basically, you need to ask yourself, how many people have anything over the 2 year HC badge. Hundreds :D.

plus, they are coming into the hotel contantly, i'm approaching it myself. This takes away any real rise in value.

Unless the habbo club furni changes at any point, but even then it would take a while for them to become rare, there are far too many for that just yet.

There's a chance the old HC furni will become more valuable than the new ones because after a year, the new ones are repeated but you only get the old ones once.

Although, as you say they're all constantly entering circulation, so it's hard to tell.

Just because you don't see them lying in shops doesn't mean they're not in circulation.

Trust me, there's hundreds and hundreds of them. And they're not being given out any slower than the other HC rares because if you think about it, everyone's progressing through a month of HC at the same time so while all month 2s are getting their TVs, all the month 23s are getting their Butlers.

And HC has been around so long now that there won't be a sgnigicant difference between the amount of people on month 23 than those who have just started (there will be a difference, but not enough to say there's hardly any Butlers compared to TVs). Some people may have even received two Butlers by now, given that after the first year, only the new furni is repeated (so the Butler is month 23 and 34 or whatever rather than 46).
