cap card advice

My hdtv in room goes up to 1080i put I play on 720p as 1080i is slow in terms of frames per second causing slow reactions on cod4.

I need a hd capture card that can capture 720p. I don't use the HDMI cable, just the hdtv one (red, blue green wires + another red + white for audio).

Moneys not really a problem; I have £200 for MW2, Cap Card and Turtle Beaches so depending on the cap card, depends on what version of mw2, what tb's etc

The Hauppauge HD PVR is another great HD capture card that lets you record in HD (up to 1080i) and play in HD. There is an option called HAVA HD Platinum, this let's you play in HD but record in SD, it's like £100 I think.

maybe a bit offtopic but im planning on getting one of them Blackmagic pro cards - Anychance someone can send me a simple setup picture, on how i can Connect my xbox to tv and that aswell (preferably HDMI)

You just need two HDMI cables.
One connects from your Xbox to the Card and the other connects from the Card to the TV.
I'd get a Hauppauge both can only record up to 1080i anyway
