Well i dont know. I have super stretchy skin. Im not fat.. i got to a diettician to put weight on. But i think i got man boobs ;[ its vile. but i think it might just be skin and cause im not toned at all. I dont know ;[ man i hate bodies aha - how can i get rid of them if they are manboobs or just how to make them less manboobish :P

why dont you work out?? get some muscles built there if your skin is stretchy.
get rid of the loose flab and exchange them for sturdy muscles. :)

I saw this on embarrasing teenage bodies and if your in teen years it could just be the hormones going crazy which can lead to manboobs. Go to a doctor and he'll/she probably say the same thing. But it's usually excess weight that hangs over overwise.

I thought I had manboobs once. But they turned out to be just my massive pecs.
Lose weight again lol. You can't do anything about moobs but wait until they go down.

maybe its the boobs for guys. so stop the junk and eat healthy and do some excerises. google it to see which excercises are best for the boob area:)

Maybe your over reacting, all of us do actually care about our appearance, though we say we don't.
You do not look overweight, fat or anything on the line from the photo you've shown.
No need to lose weight. If YOU really beleive you have man boobs, do a few excersises a day. Just build up a small pairs of muscles.

doesnt really give a good place to start deciding cause you're stretching and when you do that they tend to not show because the skins being stretched.
but yeah just lose weight. they'll go.

I suggest doing some cardio and starting some simple at-home chest workouts like Push-ups

yeah cause your arms are raised it stretches the skin around your chest area and evens out the fat meaning we cant really make a fair judgement on if you have moobs or not :P

I can't relate, I actually can't put on weight and I eat more than 16st people. I'm 8st. Still tone. Life's good to me I s'pose.
Depending on your age, you should work out when you are about 17-24. When you have much fewer growth spurts. It depends on your metabolism. If you cut sugar/sweet things out of your diet, you will be slim as anything. It worked for me; yet, that's too easy too say because I don't like sugar or anything sweet at all. However, I eat a weeks intake of salt in about a day or two.
I used to work out though, 8000 situps kept me trim, I couldn't eat for two/three days. So don't push yourself, if you want just go for a jog or something. Even getting a pedometer (how many steps you do). You should do 10,000 a day and you'll stay healthy and fit. Or you can just cut alot of saturated fat out of your diet, but believe me that is in my opinion too much like hard work.
One more thing though, just to contradict everything I just said, girls - do you actually care if a boy has a six-pack, is it that bigger deal? Can't you just stay inshape moderately. Instead of building muscles and weights for biceps, etc.

8000 a day? Also you could try replacing your foods with protein foods which will decrease your fat.

I don't you really need to worry about moobs.
As long as you don't wear one of those tight cycling tops then I think you'll be fine.

Out of curiosity, do you need to be elevated when bench pressing or can you do it lying down on the floor? I normally just do press ups because I don't have a 'bench'. However they don't work the upper area of your chest do they? Hence why I would need to do bench presses.

Press ups work your Tri's at the top of the press up and your Pec's at the bottom as far as I can remember.

He stated he visited a dietician to gain weight. If in theory he has barely any body fat, and muscle is a by-product of fat :).
If you're still going through puberty (which aparently can go on until you're nineteen) you'll find your "moobs" will disappear soon - it's natural due to a hormone imbalance during puberty to get sensitive breat tissue and what appears to be **** :).
Don't worry about it, tons of young guys go through it.

And erm if you are trying to gain weight why don't you work out and get muscles so you can be skinny and toned. Muscle weights more then fat after all.

Sure. I would never advise to do it again. I think I must've really stretched out my muscles, I couldn't eat for 3 days, only soft-ish foods, could run either. And you're muscles retain shape for months, usually.
But you do need to build up to get to that stage. It took hours too, make sure you have an iPod or something.

Were you fat before and like lost the weight? Could be skin left over after you lost the weight?
You could have fat cells that are blocked around your chest area that is storing fat, you need to do more exercise to release these fat cells.
A pic of your chest would be helpful. Also if there' quite big, then maybe go to the doctors where you could consider having surgery.
