And Mariah isn't a legend? That Em track was actually pretty well written and much better than anything else he's done recently (although that's not hard) but even if he did dose Mariah a couple of times she's still the more talented one, and I'm not saying that because of not liking Eminem (I do like him, even if he completely fell off on Relapse) it's just plain truth.

Possible sex scandal and extra publicity as Mariah's making a new album? This won't hurt her career one bit, more likely it'll boost both hers and Eminem's on their respective latest works

How can he counter sue when his name isn't even mentioned in the song + the guy in the video has a goatee, etc. so it's mostly an assumption that it's him in the video. He actually mentions her name + private stuff and all that goodness.
