Hey,
Just a general thread. What type of coding can you do some of. When I say ´some´I don´t mean if you can do a patheticly small ammount, but if you atleast have some sort of decent knowledge on it.
Posted a poll for answers too.
---
Also once used the poll, please reply with what types of websites you have used your knowledge of coding on:
E.G.
Website: habbo fansite // hosting website // General // No websites
Knowedge: PHP, CSS, HTML.
This is just a general survey,

The names :P
I don´t code much CSS, just I know people talk about it :D
My mistake (I am only just starting to learn CSS..)
:D
Thankfully everyone can code HTML :D
I think you've been mistaken by C++ which is a programming language. CSS is just called CSS then has different versions.

i can do them all but... The css+
Whoever has ticked CSS+ is obviously lying. Google doesn't even know what it is...

Haha. I think they ticked them all (I wish people would find lives...)
They got pwned :D
EDIT: Its official. Hamhey is the worlds most clever coder, who can do every single type of coding! ;)

Not to forget the inventor of CSS+ itself ;)
Seriously though, I would have got away with it if it wasn't for you meddling kids.

Not really, I just ticked them all because I skim-read them, and I can do all of them (except CSS+ ofcourse)

I can do most the standard web languages; PHP, (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
I've also dabbled in C++/Objective-C and tidbits of Ruby...
I was very happy to see that you didn't include AJAX as a coding language in your poll though (as it is not a language, merely an implementation/style of usage of JavaScript). Anyway...

All and alot more :) (what on earth is css+ though)
Is sql not a bit general though? ms-sql, my-sql and postgre-sql although based around the standard query language (sql bit) are surprisingly different in how they work (top 1 in mssql rather than limit 1 in mysql for example)
Lack of embedded querys and stronger reliance on views within ms-sql is also a pretty big difference from mysql o.o

Its not CSS+ its C++, Which is basically non-website coding like applications and stuff like that.

Yeh. I learnt mySQL obviously and I can do SQL queries on MS Access. You learn the basics of SQL through mySQL because it's basically what it is aint it.
Its not CSS+ its C++
Yeh he probably meant that, you're right :P

We have discovered my mistake after the first post I think :P
I say SQL as I just said if you know some of something, and since not many people (I think) will know SQL, I thought it easier to put SQL :)
