Heya,
Why would a admincp be showing a blank page?
I've reuploaded the files, and re-entered the customer number and upgraded the whole system.
Yet it's still showing a blank page on the home page of admincp. At the moment you have to login via modcp, before being able to enter the admincp url.
Any Suggestions?

I'd recommend a Tech Forum. Or the help section of where you downloaded it

Why... Alot of people know what to do on this forum.
I presume its vBulletin. Ensure the vBulletin is not nulled [Not implying] its just it's common with this kind of error.
After that, Try searching the vBulletin.com/.org forums, I'm sure their more experienced members will be able to help you out.
Sometimes it can be an error within the PHP/Apache settings but contacting your web host should fix the error.
Good luck, Sorry I couldnt be of more help.

someone posted this problem on another site before and they said you need to contact you hosts because they can do something and it worked for them.

Your website doesn't have an encoder configured correctly?.
Would help If you specified which software
Disable your plugins/hooks by adding
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', 1);
Just below <?
in config.php, then test to see if it works.
