BuziCity is a game based around Isometric furniture based idea with a major twist. Ever wanted to run a business but to many scammers around etc, or does it not work when you want to run a cafe but there is no point?

Well BuziCity fills in all the empty spots other games fail to fill. We allow users the chance to setup a room, which does not have to be a business room. Then either buy or earn your furniture to fill it with. From there you can setup your own business and try to be the best in the market.

Q & A

So how is this going to work? When I’m online I’m the top but when I sleep I’m losing customers?

The clever thing about the game is that it’ll allow you to hire other players, and it will play them automatically based on the work they have done.

So what if I cannot afford to pay for staff?

There are two options, go work for someone else. Or you can pay for the cash. (150 credits for £1.50 Subject to change).

So how far into development are?

We already up to the stage where rooms, walking, talking, furniture, posters etc are loading! This is all within a week, due to myself being a programmer inspired by my own project.

This project seems quite hard is it feasible?

We have already been over major programming logic and doubled checked it, certain features will not be open in Beta’s or Alpha’s but for the first release we want 90%+ of what we’ve planned in, so we can take a short break after!

What technology is being used within this project?

We are using Flash, mainly as it’s my programming language of choice & more user compatible.
The server is currently running in PHP (Couple laughs here). This is mainly as it’s quick and easy to use and once we have it all programmed we can get someone to program based off it.

When will the first OPEN Beta be ran?

Well, we have plans for within the UK summer holidays. Which is in the next 6 weeks!

Do you have any previews or a site that we could look at?

Seems a bit over the top, I mean it seems a bit strange to have to hire people and pay for them with your own cash, when I assume you don't get any kind of real life return?

The server is currently running in PHPThat's lovely, but a server runs on something like Apache or lighttpd, PHP comes along afterwards.

Best of luck, but some people are going to need a few visual bits to know what you're on about.

That's lovely, but he is talking about the server side of the game, such as where the client sends and recieves information to and from.

Yes the actual server is coded in PHP as that was my first language, not very suitable for running public, but good for testing and fast development.

Preview coming soon, I'll keep you posted.

My mind is stuck in Web Hosts, my apologies, thought you were talking about the web server, not the client side bits.
