Hey, I know Glasto 2009 was ages ago now, but I wasn't active around then and didn't get a chance to discuss it - so it was either this or get another silly warning thing for bumping an old thread lol (I did a search and didn't find any real discussion threads anyway).
I'd love to know who from HxF went this year and what you thought. Maybe something like this would be cool:

Yep
Who did you see?
We went to some boy band on the Thursday but we left cos it was rubbish and were on our way back to our tents when we heard about MJ.
More importantly I saw (roughly in order), The Streets, Neil Young, Regina Spekta, NERD, Fleet Foxes, Lily Allen, Kasabian, Bruce Springsteen. Tried to see Rolf harris but it was PACKED.
Our camp was right by the Other Stage so from there I saw Bloc Party, The Script, Lady Gaga, Paulo Nutini and others.
On the Sunday we sat at the Pyramid all day so I saw Madness, Status Quo, Tony Christie, Tom Jones, can't remember who else and BLUR!!!
Best moment?
Neil Young and Bruce Springsteen were AWESOME. On the Friday we sat up the hill on our chairs to watch Neil as the sun was setting and people were releasing lanterns. He even ended spectacularly with A Day in the Life. It was amazing. On the Saturday there was smoke coming from Bruce's back!!!
The Streets did a tribute to MJ by doing Billie Jean which was cool and of course Blur were class - Song 2 was great.
But I haven't stopped listening to Kasabian since seeing them just before Bruce Springsteen. My best moment of Glastonbury 2009 has to be L.S.F. at the end of their gig. >> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AQ-k2cnoVVI
Planning on going again?
Next year is the 40th anniversary so there's supposed to be something big - possibly previous headliners coming back. So, HELL YEAH. (Need to take a lot of sun block next time though :P).
