This has only just started recently when I publish a movie on Windows Movie Maker. It looks fine in the preview but when I view it after publishing it, the bottom half of the video is green and my video is squished in the top half. I've searched for a fix but only found one where you have to disable the Xvid MPEG-4 Video Decoder. I looked but I haven't got this.
