I've used this quite a bit to get the odd MP3 for free, saves having to use uTorrent, Limewire, Download from YouTube or any of that jazz.

Basically you can use Google to search website directories for MP3 format songs. Just use the search criteria below and change it from "Pearl Jam" to any artist or song you wish and you'll hopefully find it on Google eventually, quite good for getting the odd song quickly.

Google search term: -inurl:htm -inurl:html intitle:"index of" mp3 "pearl jam" (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&c2coff=1&q=-inurl%3Ahtm+-inurl%3Ahtml+intitle%3A%22index+of%22+mp3+%22pearl +jam%22&btnG=Search)

Here is what I used when I used to get music through google.

Its basically what you posted but all you have to do is put in the song you want:
http://www.jimmyr.com/mp3_search.php

Btw it uses google to search for it and displays the results in google.
