Is it an actual full bag with an unidentified flavour? For legal reasons, it has to have the ingredients, so you might be able to work something out from there.

The Flavour is Mc'ds Cheeseburger

The "X-" in the name represents the variable, as in x=. Indeed the 13th letter in the alphabet is M - so going with the logic that the equation is x=md, or McDonald's. So it certainly is a Mcdonald's cheeseburger, and I believe it to be either a good cross promotion between the two companies or a way in which Frito-Lay is not trying to get sued by McDonald's by making so similar a flavor but having people name the product so that they can eliminate any copying of the product
