Okay so these past 3 nights I have got into bed and been perfectly fine, not been hot or anything just wearing my boxers then I wake up half way through the night on all of these 3 nights like sweating, my hair will be wet my pillows will be damp my quilt will be really damp then if I take them if I'll go really cold! I don't know what it is maybe it's just I am too hot? But I don't feel it.. It's really weird. Ehhhhhhhhhhhhh help please.

Turn the radiator off in your room long before you actually go to bed so you feel the effects when the time comes. If that's still not cold enough open a window again to the point where you feel cold. Then just go to bed as normal. You'll be comfortably warm in your duvet but the room will be cold, it's easier to heat up than to cool down.

Can you remeber what you're dreaming about? I think if you can get that right then you'll know why your hot.

Jake thats the understatement of the century.
i find its much easier to be cold when going to bed because it's easier to warm up in your quilt.

You have your radiator on at this time of year?!
I've been the same lately really, just really hot at night. I find it's the same generally during summer. Usually I just throw my duvet off but sounds a bit weird how you end up being freezing.. maybe still throw your duvet off but put a t-shirt on? :)
