I suppose it does to most guys, they get pretty weird when they see things like that but I have no idea why & also i'm sure Rodrigo was supposed to of said something like he likes Charlie and would like to do 'things' with him. :P

Charlie is so gay. Whenever he sees Rodrigo is getting upset, rather than stopping and just leaving it he always does it more and more and more until he pushes Rodrigo over the edge, then plays the "I did nothing wrong" card. And how he said to Sophie that shes a little sheep, then told Rodrigo he said nothing like that, then in the diary room got angsty saying "I hate it when people call me a liar". Don't lie then :S
