i don't mean to break the sarcasm or anything but
- save as .png next time
- zoom in, as its easier to go pixel by pixel than clicking the brush and drawing wotnot.
- add some shading (unless it is shaded but your format messed it up)
- leave the hair alone until u read some tutorials.
