Breakfast: Whole Grain Cereals (9am/10am)
Lunch: Bowl of soup (Homemade) (12am/1pm)
Dinner: Pasta in tomatoe sauce (6pm/7pm)
Supper: Cereal (9pm/10pm)
Snacks: 5 a day, Apples etc.
The key to losing wieght isnt so much about what you eat, its how much you eat, and the times you eat it at.
The more spread out your meals are, and the times you take it at are important,
so that your body is aware of its own food clock, and so that you dont binge all at once..
You may also consider a vegeterian diet combined with multi vitimins and minor protein shakes, (Not wieght lifting shakes)

If your trying to decide between cycling and running for exercise choose running - it may not be as fun, but you'll burn way more calories.

You don't burn 180 calories by eating an apple, you burn 180 calories by running 2KM
Well, how old are you? Because If your older than 14 I would reccommend you join a gym (leisure center). You could start weight lifting as it increases
your metabolism along with 3x cardio sessions a week you should be loosing 2/3 more weight than dieting alone.
Try and turn your diet around because your caloric intake should be; 50%
complex carbs; (potatoes, bread, pasta, oats) 30% proteins (meat, fish, eggs, cottage cheese) and 20% HEALTHY Mono/ poly unsaturated fats (nuts, olives, oils, some cheeses)
Depending on your weight I would reccommend consuming 1900 calories / day
eat these foods http://caloriecount.about.com/negative-calories-ft1173

EASY
Breakfast: Special K Semi-skimmed milk. Or bananas and toast.
Lunch: Soup. It's filling.
Dinner: Free choice. Try ALLI, it stops some fatabsorbtion. TIP: Although ALLI is expensive it does help weightloss, but don't have it when going out with friends or a girlfriend. It works like a laxative.
Snacks: Fruit, bananas are high in potassium and zinc.
Excercise: Powerwalks, jog.
HARDER
Breakfast: Fruit and Bran cereals.
Lunch: Soup again. Little salt content.
Dinner: Pasta or more soup.
Snacks: Fruit drink lots of water too. No more sport drinks even flavoured water. High sugar content. If not sugar sweeterners.
Excercise: Build up to a stage where you can do 180lbs 20reps. Situps (Turncrunches), 100. Run 6/7 days a week.
This depends how much weightloss you intend to gain.

My strongest suggestion is to cut all soda or sweetened drinks out of your diet and just drink lots and lots of water. Also, adding as much fruit into your diet as possible is good as they are all water based and will fill you up and cause you to eat fewer processed foods which are of course bad for you. You're technically supposed to have 8 glasses of water a day anyway, as when you dont drink enough water your body goes into water storage mode which causes it to retain water and thus more weight. Drinking plenty of water will help flush your body of this. Also - sometimes when you're hungry it's possible you're actually thirsty and you're mistaking it for hunger. My policy is when I get hungry I drink a glass of water then if I'm still hungry I'll eat something, which works well because even if I wasn't actually thirsty, drinking the water fills me up faster so I don't eat as much. :)

Just have 2/3 meals a day. but always make sure you ahve breakfast, this is important becuase it wakes up your body and gets your stomach in motion. and remember, you loose weight when your hungry, ebcuase your body uses your fat reserves. so if you want to try a hard hitting approach, jsut have breakfast and a light dinner.
