I came home yesterday veerrryy drunk, my mom was pissed and stuff blablabla..

Now they're talking about sending me to some crazy muslim blow yourself up country with my dad where it quite literally is legal to beat your children, probably even encouraged. Guess what our father-son activities are going to be... :D

Yea, so I was wondering if there's any way to not go there? Like can I legally just say I do not wish to go or something? I'm going to cut my passport if all else fails

Well the first thing I can imagine trying is, "I'm really sorry, please don't waste all that money on transporting me half way across the globe and then wasting lots and lots of your hard earned money on accomodation for me. I doubt very much they've made this decision because you came home drunk. It's probably something that has been discussed and they've decided it will be easier for everyone to live with your Dad. I don't think there is much you can do about it really as if both your Mother and Father agree with it then you're pretty stuffed, I think. Obviously, i'd look into ir further and do some research.

the plan was actually to stay there with my father (whom has anger management problems)

Here I can call a teen helpline or something and get police involved, there you have nothing to support or help you

No need to base your ideas on the legal side but what about sitting your parents down for a serious, adult conversation about how you don't want to go to this country. If that doesn't work then it's obviously for the best that your parents will send you there -- and I would research this place if I was you, and get rid of your stereotypical views about it.

What age are you? They can't force you to go to a country no matter what age you are, but if you are 16+ then they definitely cannot force you to move as at 16+ you are allowed to get your own house n stuff.
