music site??

Hey there, Im on about opening a music site, due to I have 104+ gb of music, and therefore I was thinking about maing a site like deezer.com. Accept like they hacve pics and its kinda like a video whe you click a song, with mine it would be like you can play it on the player whenever and also you can download the music. I would need an owner who knows alot about coding, as I would buy the layout domain and hosting, But I would need help with like adding all the pages etc and coding like a lile player thing at the side for the music to play on. I would also like to do this becuase I am getting 3-4 GB of music a week, so I would be active with the site every week, and hopefully it would get really popular. Please tell me what you think.

I'd recommend that anyone wanting to do their thing on-line, do so on a
server LOCATED outside the legal reaches of anyone in the G-8 countries.
That way, the greedy ones could scream all they want but you would probably
be safe from any legal or financial sanction. I RECOMMEND, strongly, that
you get legal advice from an attorney well versed in international law
especially that involving litigation.
