Like what happens and what are you supposed to do?

theres all different stories about it, as people tell them, people change them so i dont know the exact version of the story.

we used to do it in primary school in the toilets, but after the lights went off i used to whack people in the arms and they thought it was the candyman loooool (A)

The whole Candyman thing is just from the film series. Bloody Mary is the myth from reality. Try it all you like, obviously it doesn't work. It refers to Queen Mary, and so was probably created to strike fear into catholics when she was dead.
