Astraweb users using Virgin Media (Switch to another provider)

There was recently a routing switch from Level(3) to Sara.nl, apparently Sara.nl suck some large fat ones so I would highly suggest jumping ship to Giganews who have a direct link to the VM network, please see this email:

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

I've had our technical bods on the case and they've ran checks on
traceroute information you've provided and also some additional tests on
our network. We've been unable to find any apparent degradation issues
on our network which would cause erratic and slow speeds..

We've also tested our 20Mb and 50Mb connections and we've been able to
obtain full speeds on both.

So it appears the issue is with astraweb side.

I will be jumping ship tomorrow. Astraweb have _useless_ support so don't even bother trying to contact them.
