Most likely to see tonight as it's at it's peak.

around about 3am is the astrological societies prediction, and if you can make sure the moon is out of view because you won't be able to see as well.

Also best direction to look is North east

I thought this thread was titled Mentor Shower for a second. I'll watch it, but I didn't know it occured every year. It would be nice if something more rare came along once in a while. I remember watching that comet go by (it wasn't Halley's Comet unfortunately) and the 1999 Solar Eclipse many years ago. Hoping I will live to see them again!

Yeah, I remember Solar Eclipse, hmm. I have no plans to go to bed any time soon and we have our scaffolding up still so if it clears up, will be wicked :)

It doesn't really interest me. I'll just stick to watching my film, unless I see a fiery mass hurling towards my window.

It's pitch black, very little clouds, but I don't see anything. Maybe I'm at the wrong side of the house.

You'll have to keep looking for a bit probably.

Just looked outside and there seems to be some very low clous bordering on fog.

They're probably the only things I've seen too. The comet was cool, because it actually looked not just like a star and travelled really slowly. I think I've seen Mars or Jupiter but they just look like stars when we see them. Probably seen a lunar eclipse, dunno.

Eclipses are amazing it just goes pitch black. :D
I didn't see anything, they were in the direction of East, but I was facing North.
Mars is going to be the same size of the Moon soon, I can't wait for that. :D
