Ringtone error 11556

This says im not connected to the itunes store. BUT when i lick on it i am and my accounts signed in and everything :@ Basically i just try and make a ringtone for my iphone on itunes from a song i purchased.
anyone had this problem and no a soloution ?

Only for US users at the moment I believe.

my sisters got ringtones on her iphone. shes english lmao.

Yeah it is stupid, I'm sure some people have problems because its only for US (Not sure which area or purchases) but if she has it then I have no idea lol.
